Ezeheat's FSK DIY Trace Heating Kits for frost protection of external pipes can be installed by almost anyone with basic DIY skills. The kit comprises of the required length of fully terminated electric trace heating cable, an intergrated thermostat (which automatically switches on when the ambient temperature goes below approximately 3 decrees C, and switches off when the ambient temperature rises to approximately 5 degrees C), 2mtrs of mains lead and 13A plug, a length of aluminium foil fixing tape (twice the length of the heater cable, so as to enable a length under the cable (for PLASTIC pipes) and another length over the heater cable), warning label(s) to be placed on the outside of the insulation to warn of the electrical cable underneath, and installation instructions.

Our Electric Underfloor Heating range comprises of either a mat system for ease of installation suitable for most rooms, or, spooled cable on a reel for irregular sized rooms. The output ranges from 100, 150 or 200 watts per square metre, dependant upon the floor final covering and the level of heat required. Ezeheat also offer a great range of thermostats from basic dial operated through programmable, touch screen and WiFi types. 7-10 days should be allowed for delivery as we only stock a limited range from our German manufacturer.
